Get your API credentials

Log into your Quickei Merchant Dashboard and navigate to Developer > API Keys.

Connect Quickei on Zapier

Search for "Quickei" in the Zapier app directory and add a new connection.

Create your first Zap

Choose a trigger (e.g. "Order Paid") and connect it to any action app.

How Triggers Work

  1. 1 Zapier polls the Quickei API every 1-15 minutes (depending on your Zapier plan)
  2. 2 New orders matching the trigger type are detected automatically
  3. 3 Zapier de-duplicates by order ID — each order triggers only once
  4. 4 Your connected action runs (send email, update sheet, post to Slack, etc.)

Requirements

  • Quickei merchant account with API keys
  • Zapier account (free tier works for basic Zaps)
  • At least one active POS terminal
